Deuteronomy Class

Jesus said the greatest commandment is to Love the LORD your God (Deuteronomy 6:4-5) and the second is to Love your neighbor (Leviticus 19:18).  All the Law and the Prophets, he continued, hang on these two.  Is my perspective of God's Law reflected in His statement?  Do I believe that the heart of the Law of God is love?  Let’s study the book of Deuteronomy to learn the heart of the commandment.  Show us your heart in your Law!

This class will be taught by Corey Mitchell. Corey is a long-time elder and bible teacher at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church (LEFC) in Lititz.  He married his wife Sue in 1998, and they have three beautiful daughters. At LEFC, Corey has filled various leadership roles, is part of the preaching team and has served on pastoral staff in the past. His passion is teaching in adult bible fellowships where he has taught over 500 times, including 125+ times from Deuteronomy.
